Refunds, Cancellation & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery (digital only)
- SharoX is software — there is no physical shipping.
- The installer can be downloaded immediately from our website / the link we provide.
- Your licence key is delivered digitally by email (and/or shown on the payment confirmation page) — normally instantly, and in any case within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation.
- If you do not receive your key within 24 hours, email info@mokshx.net with your payment reference — we will resolve it on priority.
2. Try before you buy
Every customer gets a free, fully functional 10-day trial of SharoX on their own computer before purchasing. Please use the trial to confirm the Software meets your needs — this is why our refund policy below is limited.
3. Refunds
- Once a licence key has been issued, the purchase is final and non-refundable, since a full free trial was available before payment and a machine-locked key has been generated for your PC.
- Full refund is provided in these cases:
- Duplicate payment (you were charged twice for the same order).
- Payment was debited but no licence key was issued to you within 48 hours, and we are unable to issue it.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
4. Annual renewal (AMC) & cancellation
- Annual renewal is optional — there is no auto-debit; you renew manually each year. To "cancel", simply do not renew. The Software keeps working; updates and support pause until you renew.
- If a renewal was paid by mistake, contact us within 7 days of payment — if the renewal key has not been used, we will refund it in full.
5. How to request a refund
Email info@mokshx.net from your purchase email with your payment reference (order/payment ID) and the reason. We respond within 2 business days.
